Vietnam Medi-Pharm Expo 2019

From 01 to 03 August 2019, the Vietnam Medi-Pharm Expo 2019 was held in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. This is a typical annual event under the support and sponsorship of Ministry of Health of Vietnam. With the purpose of encouraging the commercial activities, innovation and technology, this year, the expo attracted over 400 exhibitors from 20 countries and territories. This exhibition is a chance for Vietnamese hi-tech industry gets in touch with the international markets, updates new technical trends worldwide as well as advertising its potentials and current development in the field.

In addition to the wide scale and variety in exhibitors participating, the highlight of this year event was the presence of 8 international pavilions including EU Business Avenue, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Qatar, Taiwan. Besides, there was also conferences on “Vietnam Medical & Pharmacy Market and Polices” hosted by the Ministry of Health of Vietnam which provides general information of Vietnam healthcare market and regulation. With the well-preparation, the variety in range of exhibits and other follow-up activities, this event was emerging as a typical feature in the Vietnamese health sector this year. According to the report, there was more than 13,000 visitors which includes almost 10,000 trade visitors coming to the exhibition.
